After contacting a station in Andorra, C31CT on 30m, had worked 2 stations from Andorra, applied for an award from the European Ros Club. If like me you don't know where Andorra is, it's a small mountainous country on the border between France and Spain. I don't think it has many hams as rarely heard on air.
